Door To Door and Airport to Airport Options
For livestock, we offer multiple options;
Airport to Airport
We ship overnight via TOLL Air Express. This process is simple, streamlined and ideal to ensure that your livestock arrives alive and healthy. We drop your order off late afternoon/early evening on the allocated day and you simply collect from your nearest airport. This method of shipping is guaranteed to arrive the same night/first thing the following morning.
Door to Door
We ship with StarTrack Express. Generally this method arrives overnight but due to the uncertainty of couriers, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive overnight. With our packing methods, fish should be safe in transit for up to 48 hours whilst coral and invertebrate should be safe for 72 hours or slightly longer. We send roughly 90% of our orders via this method and have next to no issues with delays or DOAs (dead on arrivals).
