After you submit an order, you will get an order confirmation email. Additionally, after the package has shipped from our facility, you will receive another notification through email. You can also check the status of your order through the ‘My Account’ page.  Just click on ‘Orders’.

Livestock orders are shipped through StarTrack Express Monday – Wednesday.

Dry goods are shipped through StarTrack Express Monday – Friday.

*Orders placed before 12PM can be shipped out the same day.

Our website is 99% “What You See is What You Get”. We pride ourselves on accurately portraying the corals in our facility through the photographs on our website. In order to do this we use a macro lens that takes a close-up picture of the coral to show the detail and colouration of the piece. Pictures are taken under Hydra 64HD lights set to 100% in each colour channel.

The 1% of coral that is not “WYSIWYG” is due to having multiples of the same coral and this will be clearly stated on each piece.

During checkout on your additional order/s, please select “Add To Previous Order” and you will not be charged again for shipping. The team will manually combine your order.

Yes, we have a physical store which is located at 7/47 Cook Court, North Lakes, QLD 4509.  You can order and opt to pickup your order instore.

To do so, checkout as usual and under shipping options simply select Local Pickup as your shipping option.

Fish and invertebrate are updated in real time – So once they are acclimated into our systems, they are online for ordering.

Coral listings are updated weekly, every Friday between 2:00 – 4:00PM AEST. If you don’t see what you’re looking for please feel free to reach out and we can special order it for you! 

Yes, we guarantee all livestock will arrive to you safely and alive. Under the unfortunate and unlikely event that it arrives dead, we do have a DOA policy. With this policy, you have two hours from the time of arrival to send us pictures of the dead specimen inside the sealed bag. Please email photos to
