The Linespot Fangblenny has alternating black and yellow stripes that run horizontally along the body. The Linespot Fangblenny tends to do well in an aquarium of 100 litres or larger with live rock. The live rock provides places to hunt and feed on small crustaceans (such as amphipods) as well as places to hide. It is not usually aggressive unless the tank mates appear to have a similar shape as it does.
The Linespot Fangblenny diet consists of chopped crustaceans, brine and mysis shrimpas well as frozen food preparations for herbivores.
